Took a minute
I will say that it took a few minutes for my dog to feel comfortable around this food compared to other dog food, which was very interesting. Other than that it seems to be quite filling because he ends up not seeking much additional dry food. The packaging is a little challenging to open up, just be careful to not hurt yourself!

My dog wanted more
My dog absolutely loves this food! It didn't smell weird like most wet dog food. It actually smells pretty good. The appearance was like refried beans and came out of the can very easily. With how fast my pitbull ate it, Im pretty sure she liked the flavor. I would definitely purchase this product for her.

Two paws up from our doggos!
I am very selective on what types of food and products our dogs use and consume as it directly affects their health and longevity. The Instinct brand has always been favored in our household due to their quality ingredients. The first three ingredients are beef, beef, broth, and beef liver. The remaining ingredients are vitamins and minerals, followed by fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, peas, blueberries, pumpkin, and cranberries. Although the amount is likely, minimal, it was interesting to see they even included some broccoli and artichoke, which you don't typically see often in dog food ingredients.
Our dogs devoured it very quickly, and this canned food is probably very delicious for them. I added it to their kibble as a topper, but it can also be eaten on its own. The cans are standard size and can be refrigerated to be portioned among meals. We might try the chicken flavor cans next time for variability.

Decent quality but not for the picky eater
Recieved this product and wanted to try this for my very picky dog. Texture seems to be good but a bit smelly. I mixed it with his normal dry food and he walked away first few times. Finally he tried it but was not enthusiastic. He ate half his food that day. Not sure it's for him but he is picky. Product is decent quality and it may work for your dog. The smell is a bit of a problem in my opinion so hopefully something can be done in regards to this.

Dog approved!
Luna (my dog) absolutely loved the Instinct Original Beef Wet Dog Food! She devoured it in minutes! From the moment ai opened the can, I could tell it was high quality. The texture looks like real, hearty food and the smell is pleasant compared to other wet dog foods.
