    INSTINCT HAS CHANGED THIS FOOD. WARNING.

    Please do not buy this food. Instinct has changed this food. If you look at your older bag of this food and the newer bags they used to have a logo on the top left corner of the bag. Those are the original bags we loved. The bags with no top left logo are the changed ingredients bag. If you read online so many people have complained about these changes making their cats sick. Just like it made my cat sick and I have since bought from a different brand. Instinct was very deceptive with their customers as they dis not state on the website, bags, or social media that the food has been changed. Shameful. Will never buy from them again.

    Diarrhea again?!

    Third bag just bought and might return if this diarrhea doesn't stop! The first bag was great. Helped his tummy issues. The second bag had a very very smelly product and caused soft poops and now diarrhea.

    Suspicious

    Up to recently the food has been great, feeding for over 5 years and she loved it. Most recent kibble bag from Petco was powdery kibble. My fur baby started rejecting it so tried a different no -grain high protein brand but she rejected it. This is an expensive brand of food and I expect top quality for my money. If the label says 'chicken' that is all that it should be, not fish, otherwise it's false advertising. Reading the reviews explains why she has been rejecting, she doesn't like fish, but, eating more because she refused the alternative and was hungry. I tried other flavor but she didn't like it, either. Now that I can't buy locally I will have to buy on line but in the meantime must try another brand. I'm not a happy 'momma' though, because I have to buy on line, chance of inferior quality, and cost of shipping back if she fails to/has health issues. Ultimately, you fixed something that wasn't broke. Get back to the quality we expect!

    Switched from ACANA temporary for immune reasons

    I recently switched my cats' favorite food ACANA to Instinct, as suggested, to avoid developing food allergies. My kitties are on their second bag now. The first bag was alright but in the second I found a pink/red color chunk of rubber. Good thing, I have a small scoop which I use to fill my kitties' bowls and can spot any foreign objects. If I used this food in automatic feeder, one of my kitties would have invested it !! Can someone explain, what does a piece if rubber doing in the bag of cat food? Is there a chance there is rubber inside the food, as well? I am worried now and regret switching the food. This has never happened neither with ACANA not with any other brand, even cheaper one.

    WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO BUYS THIS

    The company has changed the ingredients. They removed the freeze dried chicken coating and replaced it with freeze dried pollock. Also the freeze dried chicken liver/heart was removed. This is basically a fish food now with a little chicken in it. I dont know why companies do this. Please go back to the original ingredients. This new recipe is horrible. Do not buy!
